Week 12 (March 19-25): Misfortune
In my research on one of my interesting ancestors, W.R. Keithley, I continue to learn interesting tidbits of his character and situation from newspaper articles such as the article below. It tells us that Mr. Keithley had been “hidden under the name of Grover Cleveland” as he traveled by railroad. The date of the article was 1896 and Grover Cleveland was the U.S. president. Later in the article it was noted that Lawyer Attorney “felt his misfortune keenly”.
